General Policy
Book now through June 16th, 2021. After June 16th rooms are subject to rate change and based on availability.
Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made outside of 72 hours of arrival without penalty. Cancellations inside of 72 hours of arrival are subject to a one night fee charged by the hotel. Modifications made outside of 72 hours of arrival can be made through Black Hills Vacations by calling 800-400-6194. Inside of 72 hours of arrival you must contact The Rushmore Hotel and Suites at 605-716-7236.
Written Deposit Policy
One night deposit taken by the hotel at the time of booking. Final payment due upon arrival.

3 pm MST A credit card is required at check-in to cover incidental charges. Property amenities are subject to change. Hotel photos representative only.

Pets Policy
This is a pet-friendly property which welcome animals, under 50 pounds, in select pet-designated rooms. Animals must not be left alone, and owners are responsible for any damages. The nonrefundable fee is $15 per pet, per night will be added to your stay at the hotel. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, the hotel may charge additionally to cover the costs of repair or cleaning.
